Girls Basketball Fights Their Way Into Second Round

As the #8 seed, Adams-Friendship Girls Basketball team earned the right to a home game in the first round of the WIAA Division 3 Playoffs. Their opponent, from Arcadia (6-19, 5-7) boasted a young, athletic team that boasted a 20 point per game scorer in Junior Breah Golden.

Dolata Qualifies for State Wrestling Tournament

The Adams-Friendship Wrestling Team sent seven wrestlers on to sectionals in Oconto Falls last weekend. Four Green Devil wrestlers had an opportunity to punch a ticket to state as the sectional competition wound down. “Going into Oconto Falls sectionals the wrestlers knew that not one match was going to be easier than the last.

Powerlifting Competes at Mauston

On February 12th, the A-F Powerlifting Team traveled to Mauston to give their lifters another opportunity to qualify for postseason meets. While some were still attempting to qualify for State, a few were trying to get qualified for national meets.

Green Devils Dominate South Central Conference Tourney

Adams-Friendship sent nine wrestlers to the Championship match of the South Central Conference Meet at Westfield on Friday evening. All eleven Green Devils who wrestled in the conference meet finished 3rd place or higher; an incredible feat for any program.

Girls Basketball Closes Out Week With Big Win

On Monday night the Tomah Timberwolves (7-11) came to town for a makeup game that was scheduled a couple of weeks ago. Adams-Friendship jumped out to an early lead with baskets by Harley Parr and Karley Beaver, but Tomah was able to get into a rhythm midway through the first half.

Three More Powerlifting Qualifiers for State, Girls Team Takes Award

On January 29th, A-F Powerlifting traveled over to Holmen, WI to pick up another state qualifying opportunity. With Covid going through the school system the powerlifting team was unable to attend Mauston’s regional meet. “State is just about  a month away and we had a handful of lifters knocking on the door of a State qualifying total.
