It was a busy week on the track for the Green Devils this past week. The busy week came just in time as the weather has finally broken in a good way this spring.
Due to the injuries and lower numbers, the girls soccer program at Adams-Friendship has moved to the format of having games played as 7 on 7 scrimmages.
The Adams-Friendship High School 100M girls sprint record was broken by Evy Shaw in just her second track and field meet at Royall High School, last Thursday. The previous 100M record was established in 1976 by Monica Chudyk in a converted time of 13.04. Shaw crushed the record with a time of 12.95.
The Green Devil Softball Team used the nicest day of the spring thus far to wrap out 14 hits and score 20 runs in a blowout at Omro. The Green Devils got things going early with 2 runs in the top of the first inning. Natalie Jackson reached on an error and Lexi Peterson walked.
