University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point 
The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point honored more than 2,350 undergraduate students for attaining high grade point averages during the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.

The Adams Friendship School District has two snow days built into the 2021-2022 school calendar.

Katie Tannis and Bryan Rachas of Montello are the parents of a baby girl, Patricia Ann Marie Rachas, born December 17 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounce and measured 20 inches.  Maternal grandmother is Jennifer Tannis of Adams. Paternal grandparents are Amy White and Tod Rachas of Wisconsin Dells.
