Baseball Takes Two out of Three

Adams-Friendship Baseball is off to a 5-1 record overall after winning two more games last week. South Central Conference play opened with a trip to Westfield. The game was locked into a pitchers duel as Chrystain Quinnell and Cole Barton had hitters on their heels with good fastballs and a 0-0 tie through two innings.

Gallick Highlights Track & Field Week

This past week, the Green Devil track teams were able to compete at Westfield and Spencer. The athletes continue to improve and try new events. As a team, both of the  boys’ and girls’ teams placed 4th out of 4 teams at Westfield.  At Spencer, the boys placed 8th out of 9 teams and the girls placed 7th out of 9 teams.

Girls Soccer Off to a 2-0 Start

The Adams-Friendship Baseball Team got off to a perfect start over the weekend during the Woodside Challenge. This would not be easy in the first game as the team started off down 4-1 to Waterloo heading into the final inning.

On April 29th the Adams-Friendship Track and Field Team traveled to Elroy, WI for the “Gerald Brunner Invitational” hosted by Royall High School. The 2021 season started out with a thunder and lightning sighting, as a storm passed through.

The program was looking forward to the 2020 season with the majority of its starting lineup back from a 2019 team that showed a lot of improvement from the previous year.
