Young Lifters Performing Great in Competition

On January 8th, the Adams-Friendship Powerlifting Team was invited to a dual JV meet at Riverdale. Several of the young lifers were able to perform well and get their feet wet in the sport against competition. “This was an extra opportunity to learn our sport and get more meet experience for our young lifters,” said Coach Brian Shekels.
