Reedsburg man sentenced to jail in drug-related incident

Stephen Manley, age 48, of Reedsburg, appeared in Adams County Court on Oct. 12 facing charges of burglary, possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and criminal damage to property. Manley had already served 10 years in state prison for committing homicide with the intoxicated use of a vehicle in Sauk County in 1994.
