Man Sentenced for 12th OWI

Michael Gaul, age 60, was sentenced for his 12th OWI on December 21 in Adams County Court.  His first OWI was in 1989 and his 11th OWI was in 2015. 
On February 20 of last year, Town of Rome Police clocked Gaul traveling on CTH D just east of STH 13 at a speed of 83 mph. The posted speed limit at that location was 45 mph.
