First Installment of Property Tax Payments

Per Wisconsin State Statute 74.11 (6)(a), State of Wisconsin real estate first installment tax payments are due before/on/postmarked by January 31 to your local municipality treasurer who is considered the proper official during this timeframe. Please check your tax bill for the correct information.
